Steering Head Lock Assembly for Harley EL UL FL VL 1930–1968 – Replaces OEM 48150-30

This steering head lock assembly is designed to secure the front end on early Harley-Davidson frames using a factory-style neck lock.

The assembly installs into the steering head and locks the fork in place, providing theft deterrence and maintaining original equipment function on vintage frames. Replacing worn or missing lock components helps restore proper operation and correct appearance.

Designed for EL, UL, FL, and VL models spanning 1930 through 1968, this assembly is intended for restorations and rider builds using stock-style steering head lock provisions.
