Secondary Cam Chain Tensioner for Harley Twin Cam 1999–2006 – Replaces OEM 39964-99A

This secondary cam chain tensioner is designed for Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines using the factory cam chain system.

The tensioner maintains proper cam chain tension to reduce chain slack and wear during engine operation. Replacing worn cam chain tensioners is critical to prevent internal engine damage and maintain correct cam timing.

Designed for Twin Cam models from 1999 through 2006, this tensioner is intended for stock-style cam chest configurations. This version fits all applicable models except 2006 Dyna.

This part replaces Harley-Davidson OEM 39964-99A. At Boomers Bike Shop, we stock engine components that fit correctly and are trusted for real Twin Cam service work. This is number 34 in parts diagram highlighted in yellow.
