Prestolite Type Starter Housing for Harley Big Twin 1965–1978 – Replaces OEM 31465-65

This Prestolite type starter housing is designed for Harley-Davidson Big Twin models using the original Prestolite electric starter.

The housing is a quality casting with all machining completed to specification, providing correct alignment and fit during starter service or repair. Proper machining is critical for starter engagement and long-term reliability.

Designed for Big Twin models from 1965 through 1978, this starter housing is intended as a replacement for damaged or worn original housings. Housing only; starter housing bearing must be ordered separately.
