JIMS Pinion Shaft Kit for Harley Big Twin 1981–1986 – Replaces OEM 24006-80

This JIMS pinion shaft kit is designed as a complete replacement for the factory pinion shaft assembly including 24023-54 Pinion Nut, 11218 Flywheel side key, 23985-54 Pinion gear key and 26348-15 Oil pump drive gear key used on Harley-Davidson Big Twin engines.

The kit includes the pinion shaft along with the required nuts, keys, washers, and retaining rings, allowing full replacement of the original pinion shaft components during engine service or rebuild. Proper pinion shaft fit is critical for correct timing gear alignment and long-term engine reliability.

Designed for Big Twin models from 1981 through 1986, this kit is intended for stock-style timing gear assemblies used on late Shovelhead and early Evolution applications.
