This 62 tooth clutch drum starter ring gear is a weld-on replacement designed for stock clutch drums on Harley-Davidson Sportster models. Built for dependable starter engagement, this ring gear replaces worn or damaged factory units during clutch or primary service.

The beveled edge is designed for welding on the outside (teeth side). For proper installation, the beveled side of the teeth should face toward the starter gear to help ensure smooth engagement of the starter drive.
