This Linkert carburetor float is built from exclusive tooling to deliver an exact replica fit and function for vintage Harley-Davidson Linkert carburetors. Molded from nitrophyl material, this float is resistant to modern fuels and designed to prevent swelling, leaking, or weight change over time.
Built to match original weight and settings, this float installs just like the factory unit and maintains proper fuel level control inside the carburetor. It includes a brass screw and shouldered nut for attachment to the float arm.
Designed for round-bowl series Linkert carburetors, this float is ideal for restorations and rebuilds where reliability matters just as much as authenticity.
Replaces original-style Linkert float components and is built to handle today’s fuel without compromise.
Note: Float arm is not included and must be ordered separately.
For proper installation, the center prong of the float arm should have approximately .003" clearance to allow free movement of the arm and needle.
When you're rebuilding a Linkert, fuel control is everything — and this float keeps it steady, just like it should be.
