This Linkert high speed needle is made for 1-1/4" throat Model M carburetors used on vintage Harley-Davidson applications.

Fitment: Fits Harley-Davidson WLA models from 1940 through 1952 when equipped with the correct 1-1/4" Linkert Model M carburetor.

The high speed needle is an important fuel-metering component inside the Linkert carb. Once the throttle opens up, the correct needle adjustment plays a major part in getting the fuel mixture right and keeping the motor running the way it should.
